1. The filter control continuously adjusts the kieselguhr dosage to the current filtration process.
2. The suspension regulator determines the time, kieselguhr mixture ratio and quantity of preparation of a kieselguhr suspension suitable for the current situation, taking into account the residual amount from the filtration plan and the estimated remaining time.
3. The filtration estimator determines this remaining time. It estimates the further course of the filtration process and the point in time of termination, i.e when the maximum pressure or maximum quantity of kieselguhr has been reached, and can therefore offer support to the scheduler.
4. Type Memory analyzes the filtration history of the individual varieties and provides instructions for the selection of the first suspension after the 1st and 2nd precoating or near a grade change.
